Upcoming RNR™ Courses

Being revised

I am 81 years old and have been coming on a regular basis to see Laurel Freeman since 1991. By having massage, I am more flexible. I have had many types of massage through the years and RNR™ suits my needs. I recommend RNR™ to people of all ages. --Ann P

Laurel is an excellent massage therapist, and understands what your needs are with the body. I have been a client of her for several years, and I recommend her highly. --Dell B

I must say, I thought I wanted to stay with traditional Swedish massage. I didn't want to hurt, I wanted to relax. I never had such an invigorating experience. The tight places released, the tensions gave way. I truly felt that a creative force was at work, allowing my body to heal itself. --Randi C

I'm aware that it makes me so much more loose & flexible and it takes all my aches & pains away --Marilyn M

It's always a joy to see your smiling face & hear your stories. Oh, & yes get relief from pain. Thanks. --Patty C

After having been a marathon runner for approximately 13 years, I ruptured one of my quadricep muscles which could not be repaired. Consequently, I have needed traditional massage and physical therapy for many years in order to ambulate adequately. Several years ago, I was referred to Laurel Freeman, who was developing the RNR™ technique. From that first appointment, my 76 year old body has never been happier. I find the RNR™ technique to be paramount in ameliorating most muscle impairments, and a significant factor in manifesting an optimally healthy body --Carl B (Passed away at 92 & received RNR™ once per month)

RNR™ has been the most effective massage therapy technique for relieving muscle spasms in my back and hips. Over the years, I have gone to several therapists using a variety of methods for relieving pain. Without a doubt, RNR™ has provided me with the most thorough and long-lasting relief. While RNR™ does have some short lived discomfort built into its method, the resultant absence of pain and spasms is worth it. --Sallie M

What I love about RNR™ the most is when I am left "simmering" for a few minutes. It is almost miraculous how the pain disappears. I also like when RNR™ is applied & the pain is gone on the second time around, after only a few minutes. --Milagros R

Laurel, I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the RNR™ technique that you developed and the amazing results I experienced. I was travelling with a licensed massage therapist Marsha McKelvey, who trained with you to learn RNR™. She is a Certified RNR™ Practitioner. I carelessly fell down the stairs and broke my ankle. Marsha immediately began RNR™ and ice treatment. We had a long airplane ride home, so hours later I was in the emergency room. During recuperation, you continued RNR™ treatment on my ankle and leg. Instead of the usual 6 weeks required for healing, I was healed in 4 weeks and on my way to India for a fun vacation. My orthopedist said that she had never seen such a quick recovery. And, I did not need surgery as the doctor had originally thought. Thank you for all your attention and thought to this wonderful technique that relieves swelling and promotes healing. --Mary Anne W

I am 60 years old. I was injured in a car accident and was paralyzed from a spinal cord injury. I have had many years of exercised. I walked with the use of a cane or a walker. I drove a car. I would draw for many hours on my drawings. I can truly say, Laurel Freeman, as a superb RNR Massage Therapist has helped over and over again for over many years. I am suffering with severe pain in my neck, shoulders, wrists, fingers, knees, legs, ankles, and toes. Many times, I have called on her for shoulder pain. Laurel managed to schedule an appointment the same day. From over use of my shoulders, wrists, fingers and ankles, I was sore, stiff and suffering. After Laurel had finished using RNR Massage. I had amazing recovery. I would have a peaceful restful sleep at night. I would be able to enjoy the days to come. I am very appreciative and thankful. --Mary B

I have been with Laurel since 1991. So I have been with her through the beginning of her creation of RNR™ . She has helped me through very tough Migraines and a terrific pregnancy. She goes straight to the troubled source. I feel my body relax as I enter Laurel's doorway. --Michelle A

I feel that I can learn a lot through these courses that you offer and plan to obtain future continuing education credits by enrolling in the RNR™ course. I first hope to convince my other LMT friend to join me so that we can practice on each other after taking the classes. Thank you so much for putting your heart into this. I was pleased to tell my nephew that the reason I was late in getting to his place is because you were one of those therapists/educators that are not in it for the money but truly want to help others, which is why you went almost two hours beyond the six hours of education that I paid for. I loved the extras at the end. Looking forward to the next time! Take care. With love, --Jacqueline G

I walked into the sharp edge of a piece of furniture one night and developed an "interior" bruise in my thigh. Nothing showed on the outside, but it was painful to the touch. A couple of days later I went for a RNR™ massage and Laurel said she "drained" the area. I was not sure what she meant by that, but the next day the pain was gone. --Rita J

Your Wonderfulness! In late June of this year, I managed to pinch a nerve in my left neck area which, as you can imagine, caused SEVERE and ACUTE pain from my neck, down my arm, through my chest and back. Yikes! After a terrible experience with so-called "medical professionals," I was referred to Laurel. Praise God that I was! My pain went from about an 8-9 on the Richter scale of pain to a 4 in about two days after she first used her miracle fingers upon my person. I have never experienced healing that rapidly before. As a comparison for you, due to a pinched nerve in the right side of my neck 20-odd years ago, I have been through the normal modes of physical and massage therapies. Unfortunately, it took years to recover from that nerve damage. It is now August and I have no pain any longer from the nerve I pinched in June. She is a wonder, both professionally and personally. Thanks Laurel! --Amy H

Hi Laurel, I really enjoyed your class. I began incorporating what I learned into my clinic the very next day.I would like to learn more about RNR at one of your future classes. Hugs, --Cathy Hoffman, DOM, RN, AP, Rev., Doctor of Oriental Medicine,Board Certified Acupuncture Physician

Several years ago I was so crippled-up, I thought my life was over as I knew it. There wasn't anything obviously wrong, such as broken bones or missing limbs, but I was in so much pain, and my motion so restricted, that I felt hopeless for a future doing what I loved most.

I am a 60 year old professional (horseback) rider. In the wear & tear of the job, I had ruptured every disc in my neck, and 3 in my lower back ... several times.... in addition to other arthritic issues. The range of motion in my neck was only slightly to the left, much better to the right. I also had sciatica. The pain was so bad, that it felt like knives were stabbed into both of my hips and calves, especially when I sat for any length of time in a car. It seemed like everything I did hurt.

I had been to different doctors, chiropractors, and massage therapists, physical therapy, and tried all sorts of medications, ointments, and patches, with no relief.

It was unbelievable when I found Laurel several years ago. From the first massage session, I felt relief, and within a month, I was almost back to normal activities with no pain. She put me on a program which tapered off to a maintenance level of one session per month and has literally given me my life back. She was truly a gift from God to me, and I can't thank her enough. Because of her, I have been granted these extra years in the saddle fox hunting with my beloved pack of hounds, aboard the best horse in the world, and am hoping to have many more.
